SHIPPING
CARO New York LLC ships to the contiguous 48 states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We ship via FedEx, shipping methods, which are offered during checkout and may vary based upon the shipping address provided.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States).
- FedEx Home Delivery occurs in 2-7 business days after processing.
- FedEx Expedited 2-DAY delivery occurs in 2 business days for orders placed by 1PM ET.
- FedEx Next Day delivery occurs in 1 business day for orders placed by 1PM ET.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico are only available for Standard Free Shipping, however at the check out you will have other options in accordance to FedEx shipping methods.
- We are unable to ship orders to PO Box address(es).
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. All packages will be shipped by FedEx, you will be provided a FedEX tracking number at checkout.
METHODS & COSTS
Caro New York is pleased to offer free standard shipping to arrive within 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise, unless otherwise indicated. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. As you update the shipping method section, your order total will adjust accordingly.
United States: FREE ( 2 - 7 business day standard Shipping)
- Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico: within 7 business days (approximate)
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our warehouse. You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into FedEx tracking system. While your package has already shipped from CARO New York and is on its way to you, FedEx may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SPECIAL NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS LIVING IN CALIFORNIA
Python items cannot be shipped to California due to law banning the sale of products made from genuine python.
RETURN & REFUND
If you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 14 days from the date received by you.
This cancellation right does not apply in pre-order or products that are personalized.
You must return the product in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to process your refund.
The costs you incur in returning the item to us is not cover by CARO New York.
The Products will be your responsibility from the time that you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) take physical possession of the products.
We will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control (i.e: any unusual weather conditions, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, acts of terrorism, etc.)
